안녕하세요. 아뮤즈엔터테인먼트입니다.

원오크록 (ONE OK ROCK) 내한 공연에 보내주시는 많은 관심과 성원 진심으로 감사드립니다.

현재 세계각지로 유행하고 있는 신종 코로나바이러스감염증-19（COVID-19）로 인하여 최근 일부 국가들을 대상으로 출입국 제한 혹은 격리조치가 시행되고 있습니다.
이에 따라 현 시점에서 일정대로 공연을 진행하기 어려운 상황이라고 판단, 관객 여러분들과 아티스트의 건강과 안전을 최우선으로 생각하여 잠정 연기하기로 결정하였습니다. 

연기된 공연 일정은 현재 조율 중에 있으나, 일정 조율이 어려울 경우 부득이하게 공연이 취소 될 수 있으며, 공연장을 변경하여 진행할 가능성도 있는 점 사전에 양해부탁드립니다.

이번 아시아투어 내한공연을 기대하고 계셨을 여러분들에게 사과의 말씀을 드리며, 더 좋은 공연으로 찾아뵐 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 

그리고 우리모두 하루빨리 안전한 일상으로 돌아올 수 있기를 바랍니다. 


[환불 절차 안내]
■ 무통장입금 예매
    - 티켓링크(PC, 모바일 웹, 앱) > 마이페이지 > 환불계좌관리에 환불계좌 정보를 입력해주시면 환불 접수 완료
    - 무통장입금 환불 계좌는 본인 명의의 계좌만 등록/변경 가능 

■ 카드결제
    - 일괄적으로 카드결제 승인 취소
    - 고객 직접 취소 시, 취소수수료 부과되오니 유의 부탁드립니다.

■ 티켓링크 실시간계좌이체
    - 취소 처리를 접수한 날로부터 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내에 고객 환불 계좌로 환불 (고객이 결제한 계좌로 환불)
    - 별도 환불 정보는 필요 없습니다.

■ 네이버페이포인트, 네이버예약계좌이체
    - 위의 결제수단의 환불주체는 네이버페이입니다.

ONE OK ROCKのアジアツアーにご関心を持って頂きありがとうございます。

現在、世界各地で広がってる新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）により、最近隔離装置や入国制限を対象にする国が続々と追加されている中、現時点では日程通りアジアツアーを行うことは難しいという判断し、またお客様やアーティストの健康と安全を最優先に考慮して延期することと致しました。

アジアツアーの振替の日程は現在調整しておりますが、調整がつかない場合はやむを得ず中止とさせていただく場合もございます。また、会場を変更しての振替公演となる場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。

この度、アジアツアーを楽しみにしていただいていた皆様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。また、一日も早く流行が終息することを願っております。

Cancellation Cancellation fee will be imposed upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made on the day of your reservation and the reservation fee will not be refundable.
Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use)
1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy.

- Within 7 days from the reservation : None
- After 8 days from the reservation ~ Before 10 days from the show day : 4,000KRW per ticket (musical, concert, classic etc.) / 2,000KRW per ticket (Theater, Exhibition, Festival ect.)
- Before 9 days from the show day ~ Before 7 days from the show day : 10% (of the ticket price)
- Before 6 days from the show day ~ Before 3 days from the show day : 20% (of the ticket price)
- Before 2 days from the show day ~ Before 1 days form the show day : 30% (of the ticket price)
- If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed.
Notice of refund You can cancel tickets in cancellation deadline. For question regarding cancellation deadline, please refer to My ticket page.
If the ordered ticket had already been sent out for delivery, cancellation on the webpage will not be available. However, you can still cancel through the Service Center if you return the ticket to our headquaters before the cancellation deadline.
