Ticketing Information

Each person may purchase up to 4 tickets.

Tickets are sold in limited quantities and may sell out early.

This event is open to those aged 15 and older only (born on or before Dec 31, 2010).

Valid photo ID is required upon entry for all guest. Those under 15 will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the ticketing platform’s policy. Please check before booking.

Date of attendance and name on the booking cannot be changed once the purchase is complete.

All ticket prices include VAT and copyright fees.

No designated parking or parking discounts will be provided for OUF 2025 attendees.

Public transportation is highly recommended.

Entry Guidelines

This is an all-standing event with first-come, first-served entry. No seat numbers or entry order numbers will be issued.

Entry wristbands will be applied on-site by staff. Proxy pick-up is not allowed.

You must bring your ticket (barcode) and valid photo ID (passport, drivers license or foreign registration card). No entry or refunds will be granted without them.

Screenshots of ticket barcode are not accepted.

Tickets are non-transferable. Only the original purchaser will be granted entry.

If you purchased multiple tickets, the ticket holder and all guests must check in together at the ticket booth.

Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.

Wristband pickup is not available after the ticket booth closes, so please check operating hours (to be announced).

No re-entry is allowed once you leave the venue.

Age Verification for Alcohol

Alcohol purchases require a separate adult verification wristband, available at the designated Age Verification Booth.

Please bring a valid photo ID to receive your adult wristband. No ID = no wristband = no alcohol.

2-Day Pass (2DAYS Ticket)

The same wristband received on Saturday must be worn to attend both days.

The 2DAYS ticket grants entry on both August 15 (Fri) and August 16 (Sat).

You cannot split or transfer attendance between two people.

ID Requirements

To verify your identity, only the following original photo IDs with name, birthdate, and photo will be accepted:

Exception: Minor Ticket Pick-up by Family

Proxy pick-up is only allowed for minors booked under a family member’s account. You must bring:

Purchaser’s valid photo ID

Minor’s valid ID (e.g., student ID, youth card)

Refund Policy

Only tickets purchased through official channels can be canceled or refunded.

No refunds will be issued on the day of the event due to personal change of mind or weather.

Schedule or lineup changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. No partial or full refunds will be made in such cases.

No partial refunds for unused days on multi-day passes.

Ticket Transfer & Illegal Resale

The event organizer and ticketing platform are not responsible for any issues arising from personal resales or barcode misuse.

Ticket resale or unauthorized transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences for both the seller and buyer.

Only purchase through the official ticketing platform to ensure entry.

Counterfeit or altered tickets may lead to civil/criminal penalties.

Admission Guidelines

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all attendees, bag checks will be conducted upon entry. Please review the prohibited items list in advance to avoid delays.

Items and food/beverages that are not allowed inside will not be stored by the organizers. Paid lockers may be available.

Upon request by artists, additional inspections such as metal detectors or X-ray scans may be conducted.

Prohibited Items Include (but are not limited to):

Items that pose a safety risk or may disturb other attendees. Event staff may prohibit items at their discretion even if not explicitly listed.

All food and beverages, including alcohol, except for one 500ml bottle of water

Valuables (The organizer is not responsible for any loss)

Mats, portable chairs, tents, iceboxes, and any camping gear

Professional cameras including DSLRs, and any unauthorized recording equipment

LED lights, flashlights, laser pointers, banners that disrupt performances

Any illegal drugs/substances as regulated by Korean law

Service dogs for the visually impaired, wheelchairs, and crutches are allowed, but access to some areas may be restricted for safety

Bottles, cans, gas spray cans, flammable items, cooking utensils, knives, scissors, fireworks, glass, tools, toy guns/swords, baseball bats, selfie sticks, long umbrellas, pipes, bamboo swords, canes, flag poles, and other hazardous items

Carriers, strollers, bicycles, kickboards, skateboards, electric mobility devices,etc

RC cars, drones, and other remote-controlled toys

Any item deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or environmentally harmful by event staff

[Filming & Press Guidelines]

Personal photos are allowed, but photography/filming/recording/live streaming of the artist is strictly prohibited due to copyright and show flow. Violations will result in data deletion and expulsion, and may lead to legal action.

Media coverage is allowed only by authorized outlets. Any photos or videos taken on-site may be used by the event organizer, co-organizer, or official sponsors.

By entering the venue, you consent to the commercial use of your likeness captured during the event.

Unauthorized media uploads may be removed through platform takedown requests.

This notice is legally binding and subject to applicable laws.

[Important Viewing Notes]

Due to the nature of the festival, some viewing areas may have limited visibility.

There are no designated mat areas; the venue is fully standing-room only.

Gifts, flower wreaths, and fan letters for artists will not be accepted.

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas (including e-cigarettes).

Unapproved individual events, promotions, or commercial activities are prohibited.

Food and beverage booths will be available on-site. Menus will be announced via official SNS channels.

Please do not touch or damage any decorations or installations. Damages may result in compensation claims.

Re-entry is not allowed once you exit, even for multi-day pass holders, to prevent ticket scalping and unauthorized resales.

Please ensure you’ve completed all external errands and stored necessary items before entering.

Sound & Special Effects Warning

The show includes loud sound effects, strobe lights, fireworks, smoke, lasers, animatronics, artificial fog, and other effects. Those with heart conditions, pregnant individuals, elderly guests, or those sensitive to sensory stimulation should refrain from attending. The organizers are not liable for any health issues or injuries not disclosed beforehand.

Safety Risk Disclaimer

The venue and surrounding areas may pose risks such as injury, hearing damage, seizures, or even fatal incidents. Attendees acknowledge all risks and bear full responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur. Please follow the staff’s instructions for your safety.

Excessive intoxication, use of lighters or fireworks, drug possession or use, shouting, abusive language, or violence will result in removal by security.
